Whilst the majority of property roofs constructed post 1960 are structurally sound, we will ensure that each property inspection takes account of the current state of repair and condition of the roof and trusses. Should we have ANY concerns, we will ensure one of our qualified independent Structural Engineers undertakes an inspection/assessment to provide us with structural calculations. Where we require this additional structural assessment, we will NOT fit on any roof until the assessment is undertaken and cleared.
